The project comprised of 57 holiday homes and an office / reception unit. Located alongside Bunratty Folk Park and to the rear of the Shannon Shamrock Hotel. Houses were traditionally built with 3 or 4 bedrooms and were fully fitted to a An Bord Failte 4 star standard.
