Project Description: Construction of 150 student apartments in 7 blocks in the grounds of the former St Columba’s Hospital, Sligo. Accommodation ranging from two to three-bedroom apartments fully fitted with en suite bathrooms, kitchens, study and recreation areas. Extensive site works and landscaping. The project was completed in 3 phases.
