Project Description:
Phase I: Construction of a new secondary school comprising of a general purpose area, a single storey technical block and library, a three storey general classroom block, 7,440 m² in total. Landscaping, associated site work and services including car parking and revisions to entrance at Colaiste Bride. Upon handover of Phase I the existing school moved into the new premises and allowed phase II works to proceed.
Phase II – Demolition of the existing school (including asbestos removal) and associated prefabricated buildings and construction of a new PE hall
