Project Description:
Roofing & glazing refurbishment to bays 105-108 in the Fás Training & Development centre. The project involved the use of a fixed utilitarian access system & roof ladder systems
Key Features:
- Deconstruction & disposal of the existing roof and roof lights
- Installation of a number of double glazed aluminium powder coated roof lights including fixings, flashings, gaskets and sealants to provide a fully operational and watertight assembly
- Warm roof insulation including glass wool and foil faced urethane board
- Built up reinforced bitumen membrane warm roof covering to existing roof covering
- Instalment of new Trocal roof covering
- Louvre roof ventilators
