Project Description:
Construction of 1,300m² mixed use, commercial and residential development including 4 penthouse apartments, 2 offices, 5 retail units and restaurant. Project completed within a very restricted area at a busy road junction and to a very tight timescale driven by commercial lease agreements. Structure completed in phases due to diversion of overhead power lines.
Nominated for a LAMA (Local Government, City & County Council) Awards in 2006 in the Best Commercial Building section.
