Refurbishment and redevelopment of Mullingar Old County Hall, a protected structure, into a multi-use integrated arts centre. Construction of first floor workshops, office and storage area over existing ground floor extension, new reception area & lift, refurbishment of the existing stage and balcony areas and the external façade.
