Project Description: The project consisted of the construction of a full sized [100m x 65m] all-weather sand topped natural grass soccer pitch including:

• 5m wide “run off” area to surround pitch consisting of 10mm gravel on 40mm fines (in two layers of 20mm)on 200mm clause 804 sub-base
• Floodlighting including ducting and chambers
• Post and rail fence enclosures and disabled access gates
• Associated Landscape planting
• Grass seeding, establishment and maintenance
• 100mm uPVC Watermain
• Temporary Sprinkler System until the pitch grass matures
• 1800mm high fence protection of existing mature trees
• Goal post sockets
• Flag sockets
