Project Description:
The project involved minor demolition and renovation works to three existing clinic rooms to form 12 individual units. The works took place in an occupied and fully operational building where corridors had to remain clear at all times. Additional works were carried out in the basement to create new staff restrooms & offices approx 30m² in size.
