Established in 1994 by brothers Michael and Albert Conneally, Glenman Corporation is widely regarded as one of Irelands most progressive General Building and Civil Engineering Contractors with over a decade’s experience of complex and high value projects in a variety of sectors across the industry. With 180 permanent employees and a turnover in excess of €70m we have experienced strong steady growth over the last 10 years which we attribute to our ability to complete projects to the highest quality standards within budget and on time. From our offices in Galway, Sligo and Dublin we service projects over a wide geographical area including the East, West, Midlands, South East and Mid West of Ireland.

During the last decade Glenman has worked with some of Ireland’s leading architects, engineers and quantity surveyors on a wide variety of projects throughout the country. We have secured and undertaken contracts for both public and private clients through traditional procurement, design & build and negotiated tenders as well as undertaking a number of landmark finance, design and build developments. The diversity of project type, ranging as it does from commercial, education, residential to public buildings, leisure, healthcare and industrial along with the wide variety of construction methods and finishes employed illustrates the breadth of experience gained.

At Glenman we believe our work is only as good as our most recently completed project. In an industry where reputation is a precious commodity, we make every effort at every stage of the project to ensure clients’ needs are met and expectations exceeded. To date we have continually demonstrated our ability to deliver projects on time and within budget whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, workmanship and safety.

We attribute our success to the calibre and experience of our personnel, the management systems we have in place and our company culture which results in an efficient, highly motivated, dynamic and progressive organisation.

Our certification to ISO 9001 2000, which we achieved in April 2006 is a key milestone in Glenman’s history. Our quality management systems are now in place along with detailed processes and procedures for all aspects of our operations. Fundamental to our quality system is the principle of “right first time, every time!”

Health and Safety is also of paramount importance to us as is the well being of our staff and our sub-contractors. We have maintained an enviable record during a period of considerable growth and our health and safety team leave no stone unturned in ensuring the continuation of our high standards.
