Contracts Managers
We have 4 vacancies at present for Contracts Managers as follows:
- Location: West, covering Mayo, Sligo & Galway Immediate Start
- Location: Dublin
- Location: Contracts Manager Kilkenny
Project:
Will have full responsibility for 2 projects in his/her region. Projects will range from residential, commercial, public buildings, schools, refurb etc. with values ranging from €2m to €30m.
Experience:
Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years construction experience with 3 years at Contracts Manager level. Will have an engineering or QS background. Outlined clearly in their CV, is their career progression from a junior site to managing sites, projects and then onto multiple projects. Consistency in employment is also a plus showing commitment and loyalty to their employer and ensuring projects were fully completed.
Previous Employers:
Experience will have been gained with a main contractor. Candidates will have experience in dealing with clients, architects, design team as well as managing a site team who have multiple trades and subcontractors on site.

Building Services Co-Ordinator
- Location: Dublin or Galway
Building Services Co-ordinator (Dublin or Galway)
Due to our continued growth and expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Building Services Co-ordinator. The role can be based in either our Galway or Dublin offices and will involve building services design review, project management, co-ordination of services and management of sub contractors.
Main Responsibilities will include:
Selection of M&E subcontractors ; Review and analysis of tenders. ; Production of programme and procurement schedule ; Review of working design drawing ; Production of contractor request for information ; Supervision of Health & Safety and commissioning. ; Monitor and oversee the installation of M&E services ; Attend meeting with all M&E sub contractors, senior management and Clients.
Ideal candidates must have 5 years design or construction experience working in a consultancy or contractor. Candidates must be Degree / Diploma qualified in Building Services / Electrical Services / Electrical Engineering or have a relevant trade background. In addition, candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent project management and communication skills, good understanding of contractual agreements as well as some value engineering experience.
