At Glenman we believe that Quality cannot simply be measured at the end of a project, it is never an accident. Quality is the result of a controlled and systematic approach to all aspects of our work. To this end we have implemented an ISO 9001 2000 management system for all aspects of our operations.

One of the principal objectives outlined in our Quality Policy is to “Deliver completed projects that meet or exceed client requirements”. In order to meet this and our other quality objectives all employees are trained, duties and responsibilities agreed, project targets are set and all sites and departments are regularly audited by the Quality team with regard to quality of work, performance against programme and compliance with Glenman’s management system. Immediate corrective action is taken as required along with regular senior management review to identify means of continuous improvement. In this way we will continue to deliver quality completed projects on time and within budget.
