Project Description:
Design, development and construction of a retail/warehouse building adjacent to civic plaza on Kylekiproe Road in Portlaoise. The development comprised of a retail ground floor, offices, changing rooms, canteen and stores ancillary to ground floor. Glenman took the project from planning permission stage design through to completion including detailed co-ordination with tenant and client regarding specification of internal finishes. Glenman also acted as cost controller on the project ensuring that the fixed price lump sum contract figure was met.
