Project Description:
Project consisted of the refurbishment of and alterations to 6 administration offices (450m²) at Connolly Station, Dublin 1.
All 6 offices were occupied so all works are being completed out of hours in order to facilitate the client and it’s staff.
Key Features included:
- installation of softwood windows and doors
- demolition of internal stud walls and installation of new partitions
- protection of 1nr antique (18th century) glazed partition that forms part of corridor which runs one side of the building. Glenman restored this to its original condition.
- installation of new kitchen facilities
- complete painting and decorating throughout
- plastering
- installation of new floor covering
- Installation of window and fire escape door
