Project Description:
Construction of 2 storey sustainable designed office building complete with roof access and a separate plant/boiler building (total gross floor area of 1950m²), comprising an 8 unit block with a “Plug and Play” approach to providing office space. The associated site works included the redevelopment of the existing car park to provide a total of 165 spaces to serve new and existing buildings in the Technology Park, Grange Road, Thurles. Extensive hard and soft landscaping were also completed
