Project Description:
Construction of a new 2 storey Post Primary school building (5,850m² approx), and demolition of existing buildings with a total gross area of 2, 986m² & associated site works. Works are adjacent to a protected structure. The exposed gable (as a result of the demolition) will be restored to its original limestone finish with timber sash windows to match the existing structure.
Anticipated Completion date is July 2012.
