Project Description:

The project involved the fit out of two regional offices for Irish Water. An office was fitted in both Goulds Hill, Mallow, Co. Cork and Lissanalta House, Dooradoyle, Limerick.

 

Blackwater House, Mallow

The building was part occupied with tenants on the ground and first floor of the property. Works were carried out during normal hours with a high degree of contractor supervision. After initial demolition, the works consisted of reconstruction of partition walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures and fittings, etc.. The works consisted of provision of new and upgraded mechanical and electrical installations. Communications, CCTV and other essential technologies were installed.

 

Lissanalta House, Limerick

The works took place on part of the first floor of Lissanalta House, The area was occupied by Irish Water Staff and the remainder of the building was occupied by Limerick City and County Council. A high degree of contractor supervision took place during the works so as to ensure the areas are fully reinstated and handed back to IW each morning.Works included Alterations to the kitchen area, Installation of a new shower and changing area and demolition of two stud partitions to create an open plan office space.
