Construction of an air tight 2 storey 16 classroom generic repeat design classroom block including 8 resource rooms, home school liaison room, special education tuition room, double height general purpose room, staff room, admin offices, boiler room, stores, lift, entrance lobby, circulation area & library/resource room. The Contract duration was from the October and the project was handed over in time for the new school year.
