Project Description:
The project was administered through nine lots at various locations of the campus and included the subdivision and refurbishment of existing classrooms into staff accommodation, refurbishment of existing Technical Block Engineering space into Architectural Drawing spaces, internal fit out as well as the installation of concrete steps retaining wall with balustrade and handrail to provide public access to Clarion road.
The classroom refurbishment was divided into seven lots at various locations of the Main Building and comprised demolitions; upgrade of electrical and data infrastructure to provide office workstations; installation of acoustic rated stud partitions, suspended ceilings and floor finishes; alterations to existing heating system to accommodate new office layout; painting and decorating.
