Project Description:
Construction of 47 residential units on a green field site in Tullamore town comprising 36 3- bedroom houses, 4 4-bedroom houses and 9 apartments in 3 3-storey blocks each containing 3 apartments. One single storey community centre with internal moveable partition wall together with all site works, services, roads and public open spaces and cycle lanes. Project involves diversion of 2 no. overhead high voltage electrical cables. Construction was carried out and handed over on a phased basis.
