It’s easy to forget that Christmas can be a challenging time of year for many, and 2020 has been an unprecedented and turbulent time affecting so many people and local services. As the director of COPE Galway points out, ‘each year, COPE Galway’s Christmas campaign brings food hampers and Christmas gifts to those who might otherwise go without. This year COPE Galway were unable to accept donated goods due to Covid-19 restrictions and so asked local businesses to step in to fund this campaign.’

Glenman Corporation Ltd answered the call to sponsor the COPE Galway Christmas appeal to support the vital work they do for the homeless, older people living alone in the community and those in need of domestic abuse support services.

We recently launched our campaign encouraging staff to donate what they can to support this worthy cause. Glenman has a long history of giving back to the people and supporting the local communities in which they work. That support is needed now more than ever.
