The project comprises the refurbishment of two buildings on the campus. A conversion of a three-storey building into a reception breakout, social area, library, new IT suites and acoustic studios for TV, drama, and music. The second building is a single-storey library, which has been converted into a trade training centre, with training rooms for bricklaying, carpentry and electrical, and also extended to create four classrooms including a CAD/CAM room and staff room.
