Design and construction of a two-storey extension over a basement level plant room to provide a new Endoscopy Unit within a live hospital. The accommodation comprises theatres, consulting, treatment, recovery, counselling rooms and offices with independent wheelchair access. All areas were designed and built to the latest HTM and HBN requirements.
