The project involved the strip-out and subsequent fit-out of the Irish Water Midlands Regional office at Block B Marlinstown Business Park, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

After the initial demolition and strip-out works the construction works consisted mainly of the reconfiguration of the ground and first floor of an existing office area, mechanical and electrical installations, new partitions and ceilings, alterations to the raised access floor, new floor finishes, decoration and fitted furniture.

Works took place on 50% of the first floor of the building covering 748m2 of floor area.
