Demolition and replacement of existing derelict garages and laundry building with two pairs of two-storey three-bedroom semi-detached houses, with gardens and associated car parking spaces. Reinstatement of hard-standing as amenity space, landscaping and lighting to the public realm. The design copies features of the original buildings around the existing estate.
