Project consisted of the refurbishment of and alterations to 6 administration offices (450m²) at Connolly Station, Dublin 1.
All 6 offices were occupied so all works are being completed out of hours in order to facilitate the client and its staff.
Key Features included:
installation of softwood windows and doors
demolition of internal stud walls and installation of new partitions
protection of 1nr antique (18th century) glazed partition that forms part of corridor which runs one side of the building. Glenman restored this to its original condition.
installation of new kitchen facilities
complete painting and decorating throughout
installation of new floor covering
