This was a multi-phased renovation & remodelling project. Works to the conservation listed building included the complete strip out of the basement area and fit out as the new Visa department.Building services consisted of complete re-wiring, lighting, various security and control systems, data installations, HVAC and comfort cooling system.

The entire building remained occupied during construction work and necessitated the handover of the completed work in sections.
