Construction of a new viewing gallery inside the existing concert hall, including a mezzanine floor to form the structure for new seating with steel, timber & glass balustrading. Extensive alterations were also undetaken to the electrical installations.

Works were undertaken during a very tight six week programme during the school Summer Holidays with restricted access to the site.
