This involved the construction of new 32 bedroom hotel, bar and restaurant including laying of the largest thatched roof in Ireland. The works included the following:
- In situ reinforced concrete frame
- Steel roof structure
- Thatched roof using imported reed
- Mechanical & Electrical Installation
- Plaster finish to external & internal walls
Works took place in Kinvara town which restricted site access and limited space for storage on the site. Glenman developed a traffic management plan to ensure resources could be delivered to the site without impacting the occupants of nearby buildings.
