Project Description: Phase 2a involved the demolition of an existing 4 storey 18m high concrete frame apartment block; the refurbishment of a 2nd block of apartments and the construction of 35 housing units, 2, 3 and 4-bed detached and semi detached houses, abutting the remaining block
Phase 2b Involved the demolition of a third 4 storey 18m high concrete frame apartment block; and the construction of 35 housing units, including 5 two & three bed townhouses & apartments.
