Project Description:

This Design & Build project consisted of the development of a new 3 storey, 24 classroom school, area 3,200m² on a green field site. Building works included office space, library and resource rooms, general purpose and multi purpose spaces and ancillary accommodation. Site works included provision of car park, new vehicular entrance, drop-off facilities, 3 ballcourts, junior play space, landscaping, ESB sub-station, boundary treatment and associated site development works.
