Project Description:
The project consisted of the fit out of a newly constructed four storey shell and core building at the McDonagh Junction shopping complex. The upper levels were completed on behalf of our client for the Health Service Authority and the lower levels for future office use. Works also included the construction of storage and car wash facilities to the underground basement, roof level plant enclosures as well as a detailed panoramic link bridge.
