Glenman Corporation Ltd is a progressive Civil Engineering and Building Contractor operating in Ireland and the UK. We are currently recruiting for the position of Senior Building Estimator for our Galway office. The ideal candidate will have experience within the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree qualified in quantity surveying or construction management and with a strong technical knowledge
- Minimum 7 years estimating experience pricing projects up to €20m plus
- Computerised estimating systems experience
- A key leader in the development and growth of the company
- A team player with good organisational, communication, managerial and reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and capable of working on various tenders simultaneously
- Familiar with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
