The design and construction of seven semi-detached affordable houses, including off-street parking, refuse and cycle stores and associated landscaping to provide much needed family accommodation. The project was delivered across three infill sites of disused garages and designed to The London Housing Design Guide and The Lifetime Homes Standard.
